Imagine a scenario involving Sarah, a logistics manager for a mid-sized delivery company. Her company uses Shell fuel cards to streamline the refueling process for their fleet of delivery trucks. Each driver is assigned a card linked to the company's account, which simplifies tracking and managing fuel expenses.

 

One afternoon, Sarah receives a call from Liam, one of her delivery drivers. He just finished a delivery and realized that he couldn’t find his fuel card. He might have misplaced it at a gas station or left it in a restaurant he visited for lunch. Without the card, Liam won't be able to refuel for his next deliveries. There's also the concern that the card could fall into the wrong hands and be used fraudulently.
