Shell API - 2 Hours Extraordinary Outage, Thursday September, 25th 19:30 GMT - 21:30 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that on Thursday, September 25th 2025, from 19:30 GMT until 21:30 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct an extraordinary 2 hour update to Shell Card Management systems.

This will directly affect the card block/unblock availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API - card block/unblock
