EV Public Locations 2.1.2

The EV Public Locations API provides a list of public EV charging locations across Europe. By integrating this data into your applications, you enable drivers to plan their routes efficiently and gain access to the Shell Recharge network, as well as locations available publicly through roaming partners.

The Shell EV Public Locations API provides you the with following capabilities:

• Get a paged list of locations: Retrieve a paginated list of all public Shell Recharge and partner locations using flexible search criteria. This returns the exact address and up-to-date status information for all charging units at the site.
• Get a single location by id: Query a specific location using its unique internal identifier to access detailed site information. You can also pass a providerId to retrieve specific tariff information.
• Return a list of nearby locations: Fetch all nearby Shell Recharge and roaming partner locations by simply providing the user's current latitude and longitude coordinates.
• Return a list of markers: Provide geographical bounds (East, West, North, South) to retrieve a set of map markers. To ensure a clean interface, the API groups and clusters locations at the exact same position into a single marker.
