Dear Customer,

we would like to inform you that we are planning 4 hour outage of Shell SmartPay (Mobile Payment)  API Services in Production environment due to a maintenance work, please find more Date & Time details below .

• Start/End time:

Start Time: 00:00am GMT on Wednesday 20th September 2023

End Time: 04:00am GMT on Wednesday 20th September 2023

During this maintenance activity, a multiple Shell SmartPay systems and applications will be impacted.

Please note the upgrade is expected to require 1 - 2 hours of downtime for the systems being upgraded.

We have allotted up to 4 hours in the event of unforeseen delays.
