Dear Customer,

we would like to inform you in advance about a planned Shell API SmartPay maintenance window In Production environment due to the delivery of a major upgrade.

• Start:                      Tuesday, 14 April, 23:00 GMT (24:00 CET)
• End:                            Wednesday, 15 April, 04:00 GMT (05:00 CET)
• Total duration:       5 hours

During this window, all Shell API SmartPay payments will be impacted in Production environment.

We kindly ask you to ensure this information is communicated to your drivers and relevant teams ahead of time, so they can plan accordingly and avoid any payment disruption during the outage.
