Shell API - E-invoice/EID outage - Friday 24 October 2025 14:00 CET - 15:30 CET (Resolved)

Dear Customer, 

Please be aware that Shell will perform a mandatory 1,5 hour maintenance activity in the Production environment on Friday 24 October 2025 which will cause an outage in accessing e-Invoices and EID files.

Outage Start time: 24/10/2025 14:00 CET

Outage End time: 24/10/2025 15:30 CET

E-Invoicing, EID, EDI

• E-invoicing, EID and EDI files will not be available during the service outage.

Shell Fleet Hub, Shell Fleet App, API

• All users will not be able to search, access and retrieve e-invoices/EIDs
