Shell API - Scheduled Outage Sat 22 August 14:00 GMT until Sun 23 August 17:00 GMT

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Saturday August 22nd 2026, 14:00 GMT until Sunday August 23rd 2026, 17:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems. 

This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API 
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits 
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted: 

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
