Shell API - 2 Hours Outage - Saturday 12 July from 18:00 GMT until 20:00 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that on Saturday July 12th 2025 between 18:00 GMT and  20:30 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct an update to a number of Shell systems. This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
