Internal Shell teams may require access to APIs for official projects, proofs of concept, or integrations supporting business operations. To ensure compliance, traceability, and proper support, the following rules apply:
1. Mobility & Loyalty (B2B Mobility APIs – SFS)
Internal Shell teams that need access to Mobility and/or Loyalty APIs must:
- Authenticate with Shell SSO
- Raise a support ticket via the Shell Developer Portal
- Provide a CR number or internal Project ID
- Describe the use case and expected API consumption
2. Aviation, Lubricants, MarketHub APIs
- These LoBs are supported outside the Shell Developer Portal.
