Internal Support Model for Shell Teams

Internal Shell teams may require access to APIs for official projects, proofs of concept, or integrations supporting business operations. To ensure compliance, traceability, and proper support, the following rules apply:

1. Mobility & Loyalty (B2B Mobility APIs – SFS)

Internal Shell teams that need access to Mobility and/or Loyalty APIs must:

  • Authenticate with Shell SSO
  • Raise a support ticket via the Shell Developer Portal
  • Provide a CR number or internal Project ID
  • Describe the use case and expected API consumption
