Ticketing
Ticketing on the Shell Developer Portal gives users full visibility into their support cases. When you raise a ticket, it instantly creates a case in our CRM system, allowing you to track its status, view responses from API Specialists, receive notifications when your input is needed, and access your ticket history directly on the portal.
You can raise a ticket in My profile section.
Chat on SDK
AI Chat Support is available on SDK pages for all products on the Shell Developer Portal.
It is designed to help developers find information about SDK setup, usage, and endpoints, and provides code samples in Java, .NET, TypeScript, PHP, Python, and Ruby.
The chat uses details from OpenAPI specifications and is language- and product-specific.
You can access it by navigating to the SDK page for your chosen product and language and clicking Ask AI.
Notifications
Notifications keep you informed about the APIs and products you use.
When you subscribe, you’ll receive email alerts from ds-developer@shell.com about scheduled maintenance as soon as it’s published on the portal, along with reminders and status changes. You’ll also get updates on API version changes, deprecations, bug fixes, and documentation improvements in a daily aggregated email around 07:00 UTC.
