Each card is given a default restriction to service consumption.
These Categories are:
0=Diesel, Other Fuels, Essential TPM Services
1=All Fuels (Diesel, Mogas, Gas Fuels, Other Fuels), Essential TPM Services
2=All Fuels, Lubricants, Vehicle care and repair, Car/Truck Wash, Essential and Optional TPM Services
3=Unrestricted (not available in some markets)
Once the card has been produced they cannot be changed without reissuing the card.
It is mandatory to provide PurchaseCategoryId during the card order.
Please note 0, 1, 2 &3 are not PurchaseCategoryId. To get PurchaseCategoryIds call /customer-management/v1/cardtype and include
"IncludePurchaseCategories":true
