Shell APIs are not available for individual (B2C) users. They are designed for business and enterprise use only and we currently don’t have a proposition for individual consumers.
You may create an account with a private email address and access APIs in the Sandbox environment for learning, experimentation, or personal projects. However, Shell does not provide support, onboarding, commercial licensing, or production access for individual use cases.
