For bulk orders, would we expect all cards in the order to be processed at once? Is there a possibility that we'd call /cardorderenquiry to look at the order status and some cards would have PANs and some wouldn't

Cards will be processed one by one. If you make a /cardorderenquiry call (with ReferenceType: 1), you'll see all cards that were included in the /ordercard call. These cards are being processed by our backend system, which will then provide a PAN. If you make the /cardorderenquiry call too early, you'll get no PANs and all cards will have "OrderStatus": "P". If you make another call a few seconds later, you may see that 20 cards have "OrderStatus": "S" while the rest are still "OrderStatus": "P". If you then wait a few more seconds, all cards will have "OrderStatus": "S" (or "X" if they failed)
