Shell API - Scheduled Outage Friday 17 July 12:00 GMT to 14:00 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Friday, July 17, 2026, 12:00 GMT to 14:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems.

This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in Test Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API
• Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
• Card Restrictions and Card Limits
• Customer Data API
• Shell Fleet Invoice API
• SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users
• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
