Why can't I submit a Production app request?
Production app requests are currently not available through the Shell Developer Portal.
To obtain access to Production data, please contact your Account Manager or Customer Operations representative. In most cases, Production access is granted only after onboarding activities have been completed and a business need has been reviewed and approved.
If you're evaluating APIs, building a proof of concept, testing, or developing your integration, please use the available Sandbox and UAT environments.
