Shell API - Scheduled Outage 16 Dec 14:00 GMT until 17 Dec 08:00 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Saturday December 16th  2023, 14:00 GMT until Sunday December 17th 2023, 08:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems. This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs on our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• • Fleet Card Management API
  • Shell Transaction Data API
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
