Shell API - Extraordinary Outage, Sunday February, 9th 04:30 GMT - 08:30 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that on Sunday February 09th 2025, from 04:30 GMT until 08:30 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct an extraordinary update to a number of Shell systems. This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

We expect approximately 1,5 hour API outage in this change window.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API 
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits 
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
