we would like to inform you that on Tuesday February 25th, 2025 at 17:00 GMT our IT teams are planning a short, extraordinary 20 minutes API outage in Production environment.

Date & Time: February 25th from 17:00 GMT until 17:20 GMT

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API 
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits 
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
