Shell API - Emergency Outage 29 March 14:00 GMT until 30 March 01:00 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Saturday March 29th 2025, 14:00 GMT until Sunday March 30th 2025, 01:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct an emergency update to a number of Shell systems. This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API 
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits 
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
