Shell API - Scheduled Outage Friday 14 of November 12:30 PM (Resolved)

Dear customer,

we would like to inform you that on  Friday 14th of November, 12:30 GMT our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems.

This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our Test environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted:

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
