Shell API - Scheduled Outage Sat 20 June 14:00 GMT until Sun 21 June 05:00 GMT (Resolved)

Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Saturday June 20th 2026, 14:00 GMT until Sunday June 21st 2026, 05:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems. 

This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

• Card Management API
  • Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
  • Card Restrictions and Card Limits
  • Customer Data API
  • Shell Fleet Invoice API
  • SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users 

API Services NOT Impacted: 

• SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
