Trouble with getting EV Public Locations

09985917

Hello

I am trying to connect to your test server to get a list of EV Public Locations. I have got a Client ID and Client Secret code. I have put in a POST to get an authentication code/access token and put it into the GET call to generate a batch of 10 EV locations, according to V2. But I cannot get it to return any location data.

If I do it within your own test page, I get the attached error.

If I do it within N8N, I seem to be able to authenticate, but get the following error when trying to get the response (I have done it with the /markers endpoint to try to limit the number of responses, in case that was the problem):

Could you please let me know why this is happening and what to do about it?

Thanks Scott

Enable OCPI API Product Subscription for

09740043

Hello Team,

OAuth token generation is working successfully.

However, OCPI calls such as:

GET /ocpi/versions

are returning:

"Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found"

Could you please:

Confirm our application (client_id: XXXXX) is subscribed to the OCPI 2.2.1 API product?

Confirm the correct OCPI sandbox base URL?

Confirm OCPI API is enabled for our environment?

Thank you.

Request for Initial OCPI Token A – Shell

09737058

Hi Shell Recharge Support Team,

I am a developer at Vest, and we are currently integrating with the Shell Recharge OCPI 2.2.1 interface in the Test environment.

We have successfully configured our OAuth 2.0 credentials and can generate an access token via https://api-test.shell.com/v2/oauth/token. However, to proceed with the OCPI Credentials Handshake, we require the initial Token A.

Could you please provide the Token A (Credentials Token) for our account? Additionally, if there is a specific endpoint for the POST /credentials call that differs from the standard OCPI path, please let us know.

Our Registration Details:

Company Name: Vest

Country Code: IN

Client ID: cqa3GydOXsXdiGfx2Birqm0c1bez4JlY

Once we receive Token A, we will initiate the handshake.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Sidiqui Ahmed

Requesting access to API

09628659

I am writing to request Production Access for our application to retrieve our fleet's fuel transaction data.
We have successfully set up our integration in the Sandbox environment. We can authenticate via OAuth 2.0 and generate valid Access Tokens. However, when we attempt to query data (e.g., via the Card Management or Transaction endpoints), we receive error E0006 (Forbidden).
Is it possible to gain access to production data. We seek to get all fuel transactions into our own data warehouse.

Dear Support Team,
I would like to test the Mobility Card Management API, but I currently do not have a verified customer relationship or a fleet account number.
Is it possible to obtain a Mobility Customer account in the test environment that I could use to test the API?
Thank you for your assistance.
