Scalability for Future Growth 

As the fleet expands, Sarah can easily add new cards to existing spending profiles (up to 500 per profile) or create new profiles with different limits. This flexibility ensures that the system can scale with the company’s growth.

Exception Management:

In emergencies or special cases, restrictions can be adjusted in real-time, allowing to prevent misuse while ensuring that drivers can refuel or perform necessary services.

Transaction Handling:

When a transaction attempts to exceed the set limits, it will be automatically declined.
