Dear Customer

we would like to inform you that from Saturday August 22nd 2026, 14:00 GMT until Sunday August 23rd 2026, 17:00 GMT, our IT Teams will conduct a scheduled update to a number of Shell systems.

This will affect the availability of the Shell Fleet APIs in our API Production Environment.

API Services Impacted:

Card Management API
- Shell Transaction Data API (including Recent Transactions)
- Card Restrictions and Card Limits
- Customer Data API
- Shell Fleet Invoice API
- SmartPay API Registration / SmartPay enablement for Shell app users

API Services NOT Impacted:

SmartPay Transactions (fueling/pump reservation)
